National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NC100BW) is a leadership, professional, network and advocacy organization that campaigns on behalf of women of color; through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in health, education, economic development and political awareness.

On October 24, 1981 the NCBW100 was founded with representatives from 14 states and the District of Columbia. Today there are over 7,000 members representing 63 chapters in most major cities across the nation.

NC100BW - Pennsylvania Chapter is a progressive leadership forum for all Black women in the region. Through health, education, economic development, public policy and other initiatives, the coalition has become a catalyst for positive change within communities throughout Pennsylvania.
